A yoga practice that brings you home.
about echo
Echo turned to yoga as a teenager to help recover from disordered eating and depression. Yoga became a way for her to explore somatic movements with structure and reason. Having studied various schools of Yoga from Ashtanga, Rocket, Yogasana, Hatha Raja, Yin, Mandala, Hot Yin and….. some more, her classes now combine a combination of many styles and this therefore creates a playful and interesting practice. The rigidly of one school is something she almost rebels against and encourages her students to question their practice and everything we think is right and wrong.
Echo is an intuitive teacher, understanding the students individual needs and finds ways of teaching them. In her classes she is joyful and encouraging and will help face our fears with love and softness.
She teaches regularly online and travels all over London to teach in studio classes such as Tri Yoga, Indaba and Third Space.
